Liquid collector's main functions are liquid collection and gas redistribution.
Zehua Company focused on the points below when designing the liquid collector.
- shorten liquid residence time
- promote uniformity of liquid distribution
- resistant to expansion during heating &contraction during cooling
- little on-site workload for welding
On the basis of the above ideas, the following designs are adopted by Zehua Company for liquid collector.
- rectangular troughs for gas flow, large void ratio and low gas resistance, easy to install on site
- main trough able to be drawn out, to lessen liquid residence time and prevent the liquid coking
- branch troughs inclined to the centre, to promote liquid flow, and eliminate liquid residence
- perfect structure to be resistant to expansion during heating & contraction during cooling
